Smile: Spread Happiness And Positivity!
Humanity has no religion, no favoritism, and no single category. It spreads out with love, smile, purity of the heart and sharing our joy with others. Excitement spreads or widens its zone when it is shared with others and makes moments last forever. Different ways of spreading happiness are there, but two ways are most commonly known. One is to be the light which shines it and the second one is to be a mirror which reflects it. A man shouldn’t be sad about bad happenings; he should be happy not because everything is going to be good but because he can see the good and the bad side of everything.
“I don’t believe that if you do good, good things will happen. Everything is completely accidental and random. Sometimes bad things happen to very good people and sometimes good things happen to bad people. But at least if you try to do good things, then you’re spending your time doing something worthwhile.” – Helen Mirren
A Smile Is At A Greater Distance
Life is too short to be annoying, live it with full zeal and grab the opportunities to spread happiness everywhere. In the era of rapid development, everyone becomes tired and stressed after living a hectic and hard day full of challenges and tough tasks. He forgets to give a smile to others and it seems like society has been filled with robots doing maximum work and living a minimum life.
“A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.” – William Arthur Ward
Ways To Spread A Smile
Don’t wait for the moments which will give you happiness, be the one who creates opportunities and spreads happiness everywhere around them. It’s not an easy job because when giving a smile to others you have to sacrifice, have to hide tears and keep emotions secret. You have to be a lively person forgetting his/her griefs and worries. But above all life takes the test from those who it wants to get a massive and bigger reward to uplift them in their life.
Be A Man Of Gratitude
To be a man of gratitude means to express feelings of gratitude for someone else who has entered your life with or without reason. Appreciate his/her presence in your life. Either may be a good listener who always gives his/her ears for listening or a shoulder to cry on. Always be thankful for having what you have. You cannot have everything in the world but being thankful for what you have fills one with gratitude. Only two words – “Thank you” – are enough to be a man of gratitude.
Put Your Personality In Someone Else’s Shoes. Smile
It’s so easy to be brutal and unkind to those who are not kind to you. But there is a reason behind every happening. Sometimes we wish to know about the reason, but we can’t figure it out in reality. Try to think from other perspectives by keeping yourself at that place. Is that what you’ll do when you gain the same opportunity? Ask questions of yourself:
- How would I think or feel if I was in his/her shoes?
- What situation has pushed him/her towards the adoption of such habits?
- What sort of change would I see in myself if I lived in his/her situation?
Remember Others Kind Acts To You
Sometimes it seems better to remember those kind acts that people did towards you when you were in distress and wanted to quit, but they saved you by sharing with you a few encouraging words of motivation. They did this because they didn’t want to see others in stress. A person takes inspiration from their acts and decides to help others so that no one can become a loser as he was once in his past.
Give Your Shoulders To Others With A Smile
If you care about others and can’t see them sad without thinking about the consequences, either good or bad, just give them your shoulder for support. Be at the back of people who are in need and seeking attention. Find ways to release their stress and fear so that they can rise with an objective and goal to live a life at their full zeal.
Be Happy About Small Things
Always appreciate little things because a sea is formed drop by drop. Don’t wait for the mega-events when you can smile. A smile doesn’t cost money or take fuel. Your appreciation and a smile can change other’s behavior and dedication.
“There are some things that you can fulfill with money, but at the end of the day, these are not the things that make you happy. It is the small things that make life good.” – Sebastian Vettel
Help someone in their hour of need. Help may take many forms like giving someone true guidance, helping someone to cross the road, helping someone study, and many other things. Help is anything after which you feel satisfied and good about yourself that you did the best today.
Say Thank You To Others
When someone does an act of kindness or helps, you must pay it forward. Doesn’t matter what matter, either big or small he helped you, just say thank you for being there for me. Your words can make them realize happiness for being great and helpful.
“Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you’ll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life and you’ll find that you have more of it.” – Ralph Marston
Don’t Neglect Yourself
It’s a prevalent and tragic scenario that we lose ourselves for giving pleasure and happiness to others. We forget our personality and allow others to ruin our character in front of a crowd, for which we feel a sense of being ashamed. We take our self-esteem down, and this doesn’t help us to rise up in society so that we can move with our heads erect.
One of the best forms of helping others is donating blood. In this way not only one person can be happy, but at the same time, a family is happy when they see their beloved one moving around them. By donating blood, you can feel dizziness for a few days, but that dizziness can save someone’s life. Temporary dizziness is better than losing a life. “Spare only 15 minutes and save one life.”
