The Law of Attraction says that we attract the things we focus on. It uses the power of our minds to transform whatever we believe into our reality. So, if you are only focusing on bad things, then you will attract more bad things to happen to you, but if you believe and think about good things, then you will attract more good things.

The Law of Attraction is not magic, it is a simple, unchanging and universal principle. Like things normally are attracted to other like items. It involves knowing and thinking you can do something, motivates you to do that thing. Kind of a fake it until you make it situation. If you think positive, then you get a positive result. And if you think negative, you get a negative result. Simple and concise. Sounds easy, right? Yet how do you learn to use it?

Firstly, you must truly believe your thoughts influence what happens to you. If you learn to shift your perspective then you can attract better things and lead a more satisfying and successful life. In today’s world, this is science, not magic. All the advances in technology we’ve all experienced, let us see and feel the effect of our thoughts immediately.

The problem is that at times we become discouraged and feel as if we have no power at all to change a bad situation. We get into a fixed mindset and then find it hard to change that into something better. But if you want to truly use the Law of Attraction to have a better life, then you must find a way to change that fixed mindset and get to thinking more positively. You must somehow get your mind onto a different frequency that’s not negative and then you can use the Law of Attraction to your advantage.

This frequency is actually the energy a person’s mind gives off. It can have either a high or low vibration even if you aren’t aware of this happening in your body. Most people don’t recognize or understand that fact. They sometimes get trapped in a situation having a type of vibration that intensifies the bad feelings instead of the good ones, and thereby they become stilted and unable to take the right actions to change this into a positive feeling.

It doesn’t mean you can never feel badly about something. But it should be something appropriate like being sad about someone you love dying and not something trivial. If you don’t take the right actions, then you will only feel even more negative and then you are trapped in that mindset. You can’t let that happen to you or your life will be filled with misery. If you instead train your mind to use the Law of Attraction to attract good and positive things, then you will have more positive happen in your daily life.

For instance, if you are going for a job interview, go into it with the thought that you will indeed be the person chosen out of all the other candidates. Don’t go into it thinking that you are probably not going to be picked, or that is exactly what will occur. Used properly, the Law of Attraction keeps your feelings from being overtaken by negative thoughts and helps you channel the good thoughts and thereby the good vibration in your brain.

Energy And Body Frequency

Developing the right kind of energy and changing your body’s frequency to attract only good things in life may be difficult at first. For one thing, you have to stay away from negative people, as they will suck the good energy right out of your soul. For instance, if you have a disagreeable boss, you may not be able to stay away from them, but you can try not to get drawn into their negativity and hopefully some of your positivity will rub off on them and change their way of thinking too.

You can start by learning the art of meditation, as that works well with being able to better use the Law of Attraction. Meditation teaches you to control your own thoughts and that helps you learn to manifest good things vice negative things. You can learn how to meditate in a book, a class or by reading up on it online.

While meditating, you should take at least ten or fifteen minutes every day and sit down, close your eyes, and as you take deep breaths in and out you must concentrate on feeling things like love, good health, success, prosperity, etc. All the good things you want to come to you via the Law of Attraction. Visualize what you want to happen and that affects the subconscious so you can actually make it happen in real life.

You may say, but does this Law of Attraction actually work? Well, here’s a great example. The famous boxer Muhammad Ali often said that what you think is what you will become. That thought helped Ali end up as one of the best boxers in the whole world. So, if someone like Ali can use it successfully, then you can as well!

That’s because a person’s subconscious mind treats their thoughts as being the truth. It doesn’t matter if it’s actually happening that that moment or not. So if you learn to use the Law of Attraction properly then you can use that ability to turn your subconscious thoughts into reality in truth. It can become like second nature and end up a regular part of your daily life that will help you in all things you do.
