Find your dreams (otherwise, what is there to live for?!). Last night, I was reading an outstanding article about one man, a former army officer with a computer science degree, who was engaged a majority of his life in the restaurant business and lived abroad for many years.
“So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.” – Christoper Reeve
One day, he was extremely tired of his life choices and his life in general. He paused everything and decided to move back to the country where he was born, and he started… guess what? You are right – a pastoral farming business. How ironic is that?
“It’s better to have an impossible dream than no dream at all.” – Anonymous
Over a short period of time, he ended up with multiple super successful farms across the country, producing only organic vaccination-free meat of a different kind.
Well-known restaurants, celebrities, and successful businesspeople advocating healthy lifestyles became his primary clients.
Be Successful And Happy
As of today, his business is booming. He is happy, energized and excited about sharing his knowledge and business ideas at no cost, letting people explore his facilities; play with the ducks, chickens and other animals; and walk around his farms collecting fresh, healthy chicken eggs – how cool is that?
I’m sure you’ve seen people like this man in your life. Maybe you’ve even read about people like this in books or magazines.
I’m sure you have your own “yellow chickens” that would make you happy (only you know about your dreams), and I mean really happy. Maybe this dream is only in your head for now, but one day you will hold it in your hands.
I want to motivate you to dream big, like this gentlemen. It does not matter if you are 25, 35 or 45; age does not matter. The older you are better because with life experience comes wisdom, right?
Find Your Dreams
Have at least 2 dreams. Some people have always wanted to do something: have their own business, go on a mission abroad and serve God, publish a book for kids, own a mechanical shop, etc. Usually, fear of failure makes it impossible.
Find your yellow chickens and let them dance in your backyard producing golden eggs. Make your life super enjoyable, because you deserve it!
“Love what you do and do what you love. Don’t listen to anyone else who tells you not to do it. You do what you want, what you love. Imagination should be the center of your life.” – Ray Bradbury
